It is nice that an alert can be sent via quicknote or e-mail when a new post is made to a board to which you have subscribed. It would be very helpful, if that qn alert also contained a link that would take you right back to that board. The e-mail contains a URL to go directly to the page. Couldn't that same URL be sent to the qn as a link?
Sounds good if it's technically possible.

Done. Enjoy.
Chris, off topic, but I miss you. I haven't been on MSN forever. Hugs and hope your world is perfect! happy Turkey Day to one of my favorite turkeys!
Okay, it comes as a url that I can copy and paste into a new browser window. Anyway it can be clickable right from the qn area? I know, I'm never happy, am I? **Smiles!
We strip pretty much all html from quicknotes before display to prevent people from sending links and such. That would be difficult to work around, which is a good thing.
Ahh, but you are the amazing computer god and can surely find a work around. :) And I have seen you in two recent board posts, so I know you are hiding in invisible land. Show yourself and talk to me in qn. **SMIILES!. Still cool to have the link though I suppose.
Hugs,
Lis
Chris, Did I see a direct link just now to my subscribed to topic? Very cool!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!
Another thought. Could there be a place where each user could save their frequently visited links, a my favorites kind of thing. So from the combo box where you have topics with new posts, most frequently posted to, etc, there could be a "My Favorites" option that would list all of the topics subscribed to by that user. Just a thought; I obviously have no idea what would be involved to make such a feature happen, but think on it and let us know!
Not Chris, but we'll take it. The other idea may be doable. Who knows.
Oh I like that idea. having a list of the topics that you visit instead of having to search for them.
Jay then? Well thanks just the same. Love the link in the qn to subscribed topics!!!!!! Yea, yea, yea, yea!!!!
Yeah I have no idea which topics I subscribed too.... would be nice to have a list of them someware.
